Everything You Need to Know

Visit pslinkora.com/claim and enter the QR ID from the monument and the PIN from your Digital Deed card. Verify your email address and you'll become the memorial's caretaker within minutes.

You need the QR ID (printed on the monument's QR code) and the PIN from your Digital Deed card. You'll also need an email address for verification.

It's free when your memorial comes with your monument from a participating dealer, funeral home or cemetery: just claim it. You can also create one directly for $149, one-time, with a print-ready QR code. There's no subscription either way.

Most memorials can be fully set up in under 10 minutes. You can always come back and add more content over time — the memorial grows with your family's contributions.

Yes. If your memorial was purchased from a Linkora partner retailer, you can browse and request services like flower delivery, monument cleaning, seasonal care, and more directly from your dashboard.

QR codes etched or engraved into stone or stainless steel are extremely durable — they can last decades or longer with normal weathering. The digital memorial page is hosted and maintained by Linkora.

Most cemeteries do allow QR codes, though policies vary. Many cemeteries are actively embracing digital technology. We recommend checking with your specific cemetery for their guidelines.

Even if a QR code becomes partially worn, most phone cameras can still read it. If it becomes completely unreadable, your memorial page still exists online and can be accessed directly via its URL.

You need a mobile data or wifi connection to load the memorial page after scanning. The QR code itself is read by your phone's camera without internet.

Yes. QR code plaques and medallions can be attached to existing headstones. Contact a Linkora partner dealer for options like adhesive-backed stainless steel plaques.

Linkora uses row-level security on all database tables, magic link authentication (no passwords stored), and encrypted connections. We follow GDPR guidelines and give you full control over your data.

Yes. You can delete your memorial and all associated content at any time from your dashboard. Deleted content is removed from the live site immediately and purged from routine backups on a rolling basis.

We support data access, correction, deletion, and portability rights for all users. See our GDPR notice at pslinkora.com/gdpr for details on how to exercise them.

You control family tree visibility. You can make it public, private, or limit the depth (1-5 generations) that visitors can see. Individual people in the tree can also be marked as private.

We are committed to long-term data preservation. In the unlikely event of a shutdown, we would provide advance notice and data export tools so families can preserve their content.

Linkora provides QR code batches that retailers sell with their monuments. Retailers activate memorials for customers, offer ongoing services, and use our campaign engine for marketing. Revenue is shared on completed services.

Retailers get a full dashboard with QR inventory management, customer activation workflow, email campaign engine with AI, service request management, team roles (owner, manager, staff, service person), and analytics.

Linkora charges a small platform fee on completed services. Monthly invoices are generated automatically with itemized breakdowns. There are no upfront costs or monthly subscription fees.

Yes. Organization owners can invite team members with different role levels: Manager (admin access), Staff (inventory and sales), and Service Person (field work and photo uploads).

The campaign engine includes email templates for death anniversaries, birthdays, and seasonal occasions. AI-generated content, personalization merge tags, and recipient filtering are all built in.
